Restaurant Manager Job Available!

Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily general restaurant operations
Deliver superior service to maximize guest satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to guest comments, concerns and complaints in house
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback on ways to improve
Ensure full compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Create weekly reports on revenue, labor costs and topics for discussion during leadership meetings
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain and improve future restaurant operations
Maintain a comfortable, positive and welcoming working environment within the restaurant
Work to ensure restaurant is meeting and/or exceeding set goals and expectations
